Initial Consultation: The Get To Know Us Appointment
The get to know us appointment is an opportunity for us to learn more about you. Tell us about your ideas and vision for your event. Whether it is the beach, a piece of jewelry, or a favorite color we want to know what inspires you.
Based on the inspiration from our first meeting, we will create an "inspiration board" and proposal that will be presented to you at our second meeting.
An estimate will be prepared for you based on your budget and the agreed upon proposal.
Once the estimate is approved, a contract will be mailed to you. A 1/3 deposit is due at contract signing. The deposit is non-refundable, will reserve your event date and allow us to begin planning the details.
Four weeks before your event we will review the event details and final design with you. At this time the balance of the estimate is due.
Each event is unique and customized to our clients needs. Pricing is based on variables such as size of event, complexity of planning, and seasonality of flowers. Your budget is important and we are committed to creating the event you envision within your budget.
